End of year fundraising campaigns for the one the largest health providers in New York State.


HelpGood worked with Planned Parenthood in 2018 and 2019 on end of year fundraising campaigns for free healthcare services at a time when their federal funding was being slashed. In 2018, political tensions and fear-based messaging created fatigue amongst New Yorkers. We focused on a New York centric message that was positive and uplifting. Our integrated campaign utilized all channels: email, print, social, paid media and influencer marketing.

After the success of 2018, (2.5 million), we were asked back for 2019 to once again bring in much needed funds as PPNYC was now merging with all Planned Parenthood’s across the state to form PP of Greater New York. HelpGood focused on the demand in services that were surging due to out of state visitors who could no longer receive care in their state due to federal bans. The messaging came from a place of strength to declare “they can’t ban us,” as New York State was protected from federal regulations on sexual health.
